Karen has over 20 years of nonprofit experience, including almost 10 years of experience at Brooks, McGinnis & Company, LLC.  At the Firm, she works solely with nonprofit organizations, including schools, churches, and other charitable organizations. She provides financial assurance, accounting, controls review, and advisory services to these organizations. Karen spent 10 years at international public accounting firms, where she performed audits for educational institutions and global nonprofit organizations. Karen currently serves on the Board of the Atlanta Girls' School and on the Finance Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta. She is an active member of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, having served on the Vestry, Finance Committee, and Investment Committee.
